Making laws is how we reform society and make the future. But it is difficult for the ordinary person to follow the progress of the preparation and drafting of a particular law. The Finnish Constitution already guarantees citizens the right to participate in the development of society and influence decision-making. Therefore, it should be easier to follow the process of lawmaking and citizens should have more opportunities to be heard.
